Glauco Alves is an internationally accomplished guitarist, session musician, and producer with over 20 years of experience in live performance, recording, and music production. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with artists across the United Kingdom, France, Brazil, and the United States, building a strong and diverse international presence.
His work spans composing and producing original music for advertisements, video games, and television, alongside extensive live and studio performances with original artists. Glauco is recognized for his technical precision, stylistic versatility, and his ability to faithfully reproduce complex guitar performances at a professional level.
In 2018, he was invited by LSL Instruments to perform at the prestigious in Los Angeles, where he shared the stage with internationally recognized musicians—marking a significant milestone in his professional career.
Since January 2026, Glauco has been based in Florida, USA, where he joined the Southern rock band Southern Blood https://southernbloodband.com/, an active presence in the South Florida live music scene. With the band, he performs regularly at major festivals, large public events, and high-attendance venues, often playing to audiences of several thousand people.
As a core member of Southern Blood, he has supported internationally recognized artists such as, further demonstrating his involvement in high-profile live productions.
In addition to performing, Glauco joined the faculty at in February 2026, where he teaches guitar and mentors aspiring musicians. His role reflects both his professional experience and his commitment to developing new talent.
Alongside his live work, Glauco continues to write, produce, and record original music as both a solo artist and in collaboration with other musicians, maintaining an active and evolving presence in the global music scene.
